Best practices

Assign appropriate roles

Use Editor for:

  • Team members who need read-only access
  • Client stakeholders who want visibility
  • New team members learning the platform

Use Admin for:

  • Technical team leads
  • DevOps engineers managing infrastructure
  • Trusted team members who need full access

Review team regularly

  • Remove members who have left the company or project
  • Audit roles to ensure appropriate access levels
  • Monitor activity to track who's making changes

Document ownership

  • Assign clear ownership of specific domains to team members
  • Create internal documentation for common tasks
  • Set up communication channels (Slack) for domain alerts

Leaving an workspace

Team members (not Owners) can leave anytime:

  1. In the dashboard, go to Team
  2. Click Leave workspace
  3. Confirm you want to leave

Note: Owners cannot leave — they must either delete the workspace or contact support to transfer ownership.
