Do you offer a free forever plan?
You can monitor one domain for free forever. To monitor more domains, unlock premium features, and collaborate with your team, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.
Do I need to install anything on my website?
No code, libraries, or agents required. Httpeace monitors your domains remotely via DNS checks and other mechanisms, so setup takes less than a minute — just add your domain and verify ownership.
What kind of domain can I monitor?
Any and all domains you own, regardless of registrar. All it takes is a quick verification (to ensure it really belongs to you) and your domain is ready to be monitored.
How does domain monitoring work?
Our system runs a series of domain security and validity checks and flags risks so that you can jump in ASAP. You can run checks manually or set up an automated schedule (Business and Scale plans).
Is my data secure?
Yes. We only store the minimal data needed to perform checks and send alerts. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is managed in full compliance with GDPR and CCPA.
How do I verify my domain?
You can verify ownership via DNS TXT record (recommended) or by adding an HTML meta tag to your homepage. Both methods are explained step-by-step when you add a domain.

What checks does Httpeace perform?
Each check includes:
- SSL certificate validation and expiration monitoring
- Security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options)
- DNS configuration and resolution
- Domain registration expiration
- Blacklist status (spam, malware, phishing databases)
- Email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

Can I integrate Httpeace with my existing tools?
Yes! Business and Scale plans include:
- Slack integration for real-time team notifications
- Webhooks for custom integrations with PagerDuty, Opsgenie, or your own systems
- Email alerts for all plans

What happens if my domain fails a check?
When an issue is detected:
- You receive an email alert immediately (if enabled)
- Slack notification is sent (if configured)
- A webhook event will fire (if set up)
- The issue appears on your dashboard with severity level
- You can view detailed recommendations for fixing the problem

Can I export domain reports?
Yes! You can download individual reports as PDF directly from the report details page.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can change your plan anytime from Settings → Billing:
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
- Downgrades disable excess domains and features not covered by the new plan
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Annual billing saves around 20% compared to monthly billing.
